Our intent is to provide safe travel for our guests on a Wines For Friends (“WFF”) Tour. If required to enter the US, we will be providing COVID-19 testing free of charge within 72 hours of your planned departure from Italy if that 72-hour period falls within the time you are actually on the WFF Tour. The current State Department guidelines DO NOT require documentation of a negative COVID-19 test before boarding a plane bound for the United States. We reserve the right to change this policy if the US State Department and/or the CDC change these guidelines.
Guests are encouraged to discuss the advisability of travel with their physician and to review the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) website for updated information. The CDC has identified individuals with underlying medical conditions, regardless of age, who are, or may be at increased risk of severe illness from the virus that causes COVID-19.
Among adults, the risk for severe illness from COVID-19 increases with advancing age. Guest acknowledges, understands and accepts that while on a WFF tour, in airport terminals and boarding areas, or during activities while in Italy, and/ or while traveling to or from the airport, the guest or other guests may be exposed to communicable illnesses, including but not limited to COVID-19.
Guest further understands and accepts that due to the nature of spread of COVID-19, the risk of exposures to these communicable illnesses and others is inherent in most activities where people interact or share common facilities, are beyond WFF’s control, and cannot be eliminated under any circumstances.
Guest knowingly and voluntarily accepts these risks as part of this tour contract, including the risk of serious illness or death arising from such exposures, and/or all related damages, loss, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever.
